Chewy Influencer: BFF’s Oh My Gravy! Variety Pack Potluck O’ Pouches & Nutramax Cosequin Original Joint Health Supplement

This month with the Chewy Influencer program, the kitties tried BFF’s Oh My Gravy! Potluck O’ Pouches Variety Pack and Nutramax Cosequin Original Joint Health Sprinkle Capsule Supplements for Cats. The kitties have had different products from both brands before, so I was excited to have them try these.

First, the kitties tried the BFF pouches. The BFF brand is part of Weruva, a favorite brand of the kitties. Weruva does a great job of providing hydration through their food, which is so important (especially for UTI-prone kitties, like Olivia).Processed with VSCO with f2 preset

This variety pack came with six different flavors with mixes of chicken, lamb, turkey, and various seafoods, like salmon and shrimp. They are all grain-free with plenty or protein and taurine for kitty health.

I thought the flavor varieties would be good for Louis, Olivia, and Emory, since Louis and Olivia are major seafood fans and Emory seems to prefer poultry (although she’s starting to get a taste for seafood, as well).

So far, the kitties shave tried the Chicken & Shrimp and the Lamb & Tuna flavors. Both have been a hit! The pouches all have a hearty gravy, which was a total hit. The gravy seemed a little on the heavy side and I didn’t want the kitties to get upset stomachs, so I added a bit of water to thin it out.

One pouch had plenty of food for the three kitties. Next time, I may even split it up into four or five servings, especially with the water added to it. I think the pouches would also mix really well with pates!

Nutramax Cosequin Original Joint Health Sprinkle Capsule Supplements for Cats

Last year, our vet recommended glucosamine to help prevent UTIs in the kitties and to promote general kitty health. I’ve used a different capsule type for a while, but was excited to try the Nutramax version.

Not only is glucosamine good for bladder health, but it’s also great for joint health! I want to make sure my kitties stay flexible and active in the years to come, so these supplements sounded great.

The capsules are easy to break apart, so the powder can be mixed in with the kitties’ wet food. I mixed the powder in to their wet food with a fork and it seemed to blend pretty well. The kitties didn’t seem to notice it in their food, either, which is always a plus. (One time, I tried a water additive for their teeth and no one would drink it, no matter how much I diluted it.)

I haven’t seen any immediate results from these, but they’re not a short term product, so that’s not unusual. They’re easy to use, basically undetectable to the cats, and not very expensive at all. Win-win all around!

We received these items for free from Chewy as a part of their Chewy Influencer program in exchange for our honest review 🐾
